Perhaps that time has not come yet when our, Gods would listen to the beats in our hearts, peace and happiness spread their glow, perhaps we would have to force Mother Time?.

2012 is predicted by some with New Age beliefs to be a great year of spiritual transformation (or alternatively an apocalypse). This is in keeping with an uncodified, eclectic belief system referred to as Mayanism whose roots can be found in 16th century Christian eschatology affecting Maya texts such as the Popol Vuh and the Books of Chilam Balam that were written down after the Spanish Conquest.
Some idiots do.

The world is always changing and constantly “ending as we know it”. The Mayan and the Aztec referred to the upcoming age as the “Age of Illumination” or the “Age of the Light Body”. Either way, those sound like pretty positive terms to me.
We can however, look at the world right now and see that it is in economic and political turmoil. I doubt anyone has missed it. I expect to see natural turmoil to soon follow.
After this weekend there will be more economic and political turmoil and lots of emotions. Next month, before mid-month, we’ll see some serious natural turmoil. Early next year, we’ll see more of all of it. Perhaps what we’re seeing now are the birth pangs for the new age.
Allah knows best, no one knows when the Day of Judgment will be, not even the Prophet or the Angel Jibreel (Gabriel), as mentioned in a narration in which the Angel asked Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) when the Hour was, and the Prophet replied: “The person being asked has as much knowledge about this as the one asking.”
Actually the world could end before the morning. Do I really believe this? ….Matters not, it will end when God decides to end it, and only God knows when to end it. But He did give a few hints as to the state of this earth and the ways of mans mind.
Almost no one.
One of several Mayan calendars is the Long Count calendar, which is reset to day 0 every 1,872,000 days or 7057.5 years. The next reset date, by some calculations, is December 21, 2012. This is not a prediction of the end of the world.
Ever since the Y2K and 6/6/6 (June 6, 2006) End of the World scenarios did not pan out, the scare mongers, conspiracy theorists, book sellers, and television executives have been touting the 2012 End of the World scenario. When 2012 does not happen either, I am sure they will think of something else.
“But of that day or hour, no one knows, neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be watchful! Be alert! You do not know when the time will come.” (Mark 13:32-33)
Jesus told us in no uncertain terms that we were not to know when the end of the world would come but that we were always to be ready.
The early Christian Church thought that Jesus was going to return at any moment. Only after a couple of centuries did the Church realize that it may be 2,000 or 4,000 or 8,000 years before Jesus returns.
The Catholic Church wisely follows Jesus’ advice and teaches that each of us should live as if we will meet our maker in the next ten minutes and that we need to work to make the world a better place for our 100 X great-grandchildren.
Do not worry about the end of the world. Trust God to make sure everything happens to plan. Just be ready to meet God at any time.

With love in Christ.
I certainly hope so. I’ve got my whole life planned out for it:
I will die with all the ones I love, not before, and no pain of loosing anyone.
Of course I’m an atheist so I don’t actually believe it, just wishful thinking
“Grabity?” We didn’t learn about that in my science class….
Nothing is going to happen in 2012. Personally, I can’t wait until 2013 just so I can see the looks on the faces of those who thought the world would end.
The only Mayan calendar FOUND ended in 2012. Who’s to say there isn’t another one, starting in 2013 on, that’s buried in a Mayan temple under tons of earth somewhere?
No one !
Not even the Mayans, who’s calender was not extended past 2012 !
Please study the Bible as it has the description of the “End of this AGE”
May God bless you as you study His Word
< :)))><
Hellooo! The Mayans don’t exist anymore.
What does that tell you about their ability to predict things?
Thats The Dumbest Thing I Ever Heard!!! I Think The Mayans Got Tired Of Making Calendars All Day And Said F*ck It!!! You Know They Didn’t Have Printers Back Then
i think that the mayans knew that they wouldn’t last that long. idiots believe the world will end.
1 or 2 mayan astrologers but I doubt anyone else would.
Misguided gullible ignorant people…
I don’t believe in anything
Mayans, and they’re extinct already.

I don’t believe the world will end on that date either.
